Personal Statement

Thank you for taking the time to review my profile and watch my videos. It is important to me to excel in both academics and sports. In the classroom, I keep around a 3.5 average with honors classes and one AP class. I don't know what my major will be in college, but I want to go to a school with good academics.

In football, I think I bring a nice combination of speed and strength at DE, letting me either get by offensive linemen or go through them. Coach Courtney is also working me at a “Jack” position, where I function as an edge rusher or drop back into pass defense as a linebacker. I think it is important to help the team whenever I'm asked.

 I am working out with my team, at camps and at individual workouts. I have been fortunate to work with coaches and players with NFL and D1 experience. 

I practice with high energy, and I am the first guy to pick up the practice dummies when it's over.  I want to help the younger kids too, and I learned to be a referee for flag football last year.
