Personal Statement

My name is Kaden Lewis and I’m a freshman at Mansfield Legacy High School. I am 6 ft 3inch 224 Pound  Defensive End.  My GPA is 3.0 and would love to study Math and science . I know that i could make a difference on any team. I am a playmaker. I am aware that talent can only lead you so far.  The rest is about how hard I  am willing to push yourself to get yo where I want to be in life.  This is both on and off the field .  My dad always said “It’s called student athletes for a reason.  You have to put just as much work into being a great student as you do at being a great athlete.“. I am willing to put in that work to succeed both on and off the field.  And that means academics as well.  Student  comes before the Athlete. Every one has the dream to go D1,  but sometimes thats not the case. You don’t have to be a D1 athlete  to get to where you want to be in life. I’m happy to be part of any college program and when it’s my time to shine I will shine bright.
