Personal Statement

Hi,

I started my high school basketball career at St Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale, and I'm looking forward to my next season at Cardinal Gibbons.  Last year I was blessed to achieve All Broward County and 6 Player of the Game awards here at St Thomas in South Florida and hoping to get the same opportunity this year.

I really liked St Thomas, and loved the teachers at my school.  I have also been blessed to do well in my Honors classes, and also continue to be involved in Leadership Classes and Membership along with my classes.  However for my Junior year I have moved over to Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale for better opportunities.

Other than playing at St Thomas Aquinas and Cardinal Gibbons, I also play on a Travel Team here called Florida Pro that has Marcus McGee as the Coach.  Last season we traveled to and played in the Atlanta Jam, Grassroots Showcase, NightRydas Invitational, and Bob Gibbons in Atlanta.  We played very well at all tournaments and made it to the Final Four at Bob Gibbons where we were up against 3 other EYBL Teams.

As I mentioned, for my Junior year I've moved over to Cardinal Gibbons High School because my Travel Coach and other Coaches told me I need to be on the ball more in the 1 spot, and the current 1 spot at St Thomas was taken by the Head Coach's Son, so I moved over this year (2024-2025).
