Personal Statement
My name is Lawson Edward Hearp. I am an Offensive Lineman (Center) at Morrison High School in Morrison, Oklahoma. I have been a starter since my junior year, and in that year, Morrison became District Champions and made it to the Semi-Finals. I can pave the way for the runningback on run plays and I can protect the quarterback at all costs on pass plays. I am a kid who is willing to do whatever it takes to play at the next level, at any level. I give one-hundred and ten percent, 100% of the time I am on the field, in the weight room and in the classroom. I am an Eagle Scout, and being an Eagle Scout/boy scout has taught me what it truly means to be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent; to serve God and my country, to help other people at all times, and to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight. I keep my teammates in my heart every time I put on that helmet and those shoulder pads, and when I am spotting them while I am lifting with them and if they need help educationally. I put my teammates, my family and my friends before me, making sure they are mentally strong and morally straight. I wish to continue playing the sport I grew up loving while getting the best education I can.
