Personal Statement

Football has been a special sport for me ever since I began playing it at the age of 6. I have always had a strong desire to compete at a high level throughout my 10-year career. The game of football has not only helped me develop my skills as an athlete but has also shaped me into the person I am today both on the football field and in the classroom.

As a career athlete, I am grateful for all the experiences and lessons football, track, and swimming teams have brought into my life. I know that with hard work, persistence, and patience, I can succeed and win. I welcome the opportunity to bring my skills as a defensive back to the team. As a crucial member of the defense, I am ready to contribute, compete, and win on and off the field.
