Personal Statement
I am a sophomore but I have already fully committed myself to continuing my water polo career at the next level. My education is most important to me, but aside from that water polo trumps everything else. I devote most of my time to practice and training when I am not in the classroom or at home studying, or doing volunteer work. I love water polo because of the strategy it employs, and for the team aspect. As a former swimmer I missed being a part of a team, and I feel my natural leadership abilities have been able to bloom in this team environment. I am an agressive player both offensively and defensively, and I strive every day to improve my skills, game knowledge and endurance. I look forward to speaking with you in the future, and thank you for your time.
