Personal Statement

I became interested in playing football after gaining my red belt in Karate at 9 and wanting a new challenge. I started playing you football on a 10U team with friends and guys I had played other sports with previously. The success and friendships I gained while playing youth football drove me to want to continue football at the next level in Highschool.

As a Freshman I found out that I had a lot to learn and experience. When I started weight training, I always pushed myself to become better and do more.  I have risen to be one of the strongest individuals on my team in the weight room and on the field.  I have learned that experience on the field outweighs strength and speed. I have learned to overcome any obstacles on the field by becoming a leader on the offensive line.  I have worked in practice and during games to help my teammates become better on the line.  My goal in college is to combine my love of graphic design and music into a career.
