Personal Statement
As a young athlete, I am very ambitious about my aspirations and goals in life. I am continuously working hard in the classroom and on the field or in the gym. I am resilent to new challenges, creative on the ball, and motivated in the classroom and on the field. I put in extra work for both and help others in my free time so they can succeed as well. I plan to become a physical therapist for my career and help others recover and come back stronger to their sports, to the gym, or to everyday life and its tasks.
I have had amazing points in my career and downfalls as well. Both have shaped me into the person I am. The biggest obstacle has been my knee surgery that I had in July (2017) which put me out for three months. Although it was hard to be off the pitch, it gave me a chance to cheer on my teammates and learn how to be patient when I am injured. I grew a new love for the game and know to never take this game for granted.
