Personal Statement

I am a 6'1 210 defensive end, I've played football for four years. I've been a starting player every year of my highschool football career. I've just finished my junior year with and outstanding season. I recorded the most tackle for losses, 2nd most sacks, and 3rd over all tackles. I am now finishing up my junior year doing specific training for explosion and speed to come off the line harder.I am timing my forty yard dash. My fastest time recorded was a 4.69. As you can tell I love football. My dream is to play football at the college level and continue to fulfill my potential as an athlete. I would like to attend a small to mid size college and major in Hawaiian Studies and/or sports medicine. It is important to me to be able to play football as much as possible, as soon as possible, and as long as possible.I am a hard worker, I love to train hard and play hard. I am committed to being the best at my sport and my academic goals are important to me too. My goal is to graduate with a 4 year degree and go on to graduate school after. My long term goal is to return home with a good education and my dream of playing college football fulfilled. I want to then serve upcoming athletes, helping them to fulfill their dreams and potential.
