Personal Statement

The major reason I would like to play collegiate football is because I can not imagine next year being the last time I get to step on the field. I am usually a more reserved person but whenever I am on the football field it changes my life completely I become a different  person and am able to express myself through my play. Football is a chance  for me to challenge myself I very much enjoy being able to compete against other talented players and prove my own worth to motivate me to work harder. I value hard work and though I may have not had as much natural talent to being with I believe through working hard I have been able to put my self on the level of those athletes. The team mentality that football brings is what I love about the sport and how all the small parts contribute to a great team,being a linemen I may not shine in the spotlight but knowing that me and my fellow line's work contribute to team success is the reason I love this sport above all others.
