Personal Statement
My name is Connor Assalley. I attend Naperville Central High School. I was honored to play varsity football as a sophomore, junior, and senior. I am 6 foot, 170 pounds. Some of my accomplishments, 2012 Freshmen: 8 of 9 field goals. 2013 Varsity: Class 8A State Champion, Varsity letter winner, Ironman award (no missed practices or showing up late), Co MVP of 2013 State Championship game, tied record for 2 field goals in 8A State Championship game, broke record for longest field goal in 8A State Championship game then broke my own record later in the game (34,37), 8 of 9 field goals, added 50 extra points. Accomplishments for 2014 Varsity: Varsity letter winner, Ironman award, special teams most valuable player, first team All-Dupage Valley Conference, Naperville Sun honorable mention All Area Team, 2014 preseason Chicagoland area kicker to watch, 9 of 14 field goals, 40 extra points. 2015 Varsity: Voted a team captain, 35/35 Pats, 4/7 fgs, average kickoff deep is 65 yards with a long of 73 yards, first team All-Dupage Valley Conference, first team all area kicker.
I train at Naperville Central and Acceleration Sports Performance in Naperville, IL where I work on lifting, speed, plyometrics, and power. As a student, my current G.P.A. is 3.08. I have been on the honor role 5 of 6 semesters. I am interested in pursuing a career in business or special education. Extracurricular activities include summer baseball, training 2 youth football kickers, and leadership organizations.Chris Sailer National Kicking Ranker: “Connor is a very talented kicker.
