I consider myself a coachable player because I am an extension of my coach on the floor. As co-captain of my team, I am always encouraging my teammates to play better and harder by setting the example. I am a leader and excel in pressure situations. Playing hard and aggressive is what defines my game. Not only do I try to excel on the basketball court, I also try my best in the classroom.
I work very hard whether it's in practice, a game, or in the classroom. It is my dream to play basketball at the next level. When I look at my athletic career I want it to be challenging and very competitive. My hard work on and off the court has increased my ability to play and confidence tremendously. My goal as an athlete is to make an impact on my teammates and the community whether I'm on or off the court. I am a three year starter on my high school team where I play point and shooting guard and was recognized my sophomore year with First Team Ohio District 11, Second Team OHSAA Central District, Second Team Licking County League, and Honorable Mention All Ohio.
I also play D1 AAU travel ball out of Columbus Ohio. At the May 2014 All-Ohio Super Sixteen AAU Tournament I was named to the 16U Silver MVP All Tournament Team.
My strengths include: 3 pt shooting, ball-handling, mid-range shooting, off-the-dribble shooting, making correct passes, ability to create plays, half-court vision, high basketball IQ; and transition vision.
