Personal Statement

My name is Brandon Harb; I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am currently a senior at Hubbard High School in Hubbard Ohio, and would like to thank you for viewing my profile. I would like to begin by saying that I am a three year letterman in both football and baseball, and as hard as I work on the field I also strive to do my best academically. I currently hold a 3.3 GPA.
In my off seasons you can find me training and working to better myself. Some of my characteristics are that I am a team leader, smart on the field, very competitive, hardworking, and athletically I have the confidence needed to perform at many positions. I have had the opportunity of playing both sides of the ball throughout my career thus far, playing Quarterback on offense, Safety on defense, and a Punter on special teams. Although it makes for a very tiring four quarters, my love of the game keeps me going and I wouldn’t change any of it.
Playing college football has always been my dream starting the moment I took the field as a six year old in my very first game. My passion for the game has only gotten stronger as the years have gone by. I recently had to say goodbye to the team, players and coaches that I have had the pleasure of playing with for the past four years as we were recognized at our banquet. It was hard to see that chapter of my life end, but I’m looking forward to moving on to the next level.  My goal is finding a school that would be a good fit both scholastically and athletically for I plan to study Orthopedic Medicine. I would like to thank you again for your interest in me; I look forward to speaking with you.
