Personal Statement
My name is Bobby Mouat. I attend Tiftarea Academy in Chula, Georgia. I am currently a junior. I'm 5'10 and 200 pounds. I have started every football game since my freshman year, except one football game this year, when I had the flu. In my freshman and sophomore years, I made All Region 2nd team. My junior year, I made All Region 1st team. Also, first in sacks and was second on the team in tackles. Other then football accomplishments, I drag race. I won a world championship in 2007 at the age of 14. I competed in a class known as Junior Dragster. I still compete in drag racing with my family.
What makes me attractive for a college program is that I can play a variety of positions effectively. I'm also very competitive, hardworking, and a team player. It has also been a dream of mine to play at the collegiate level. Most important to me, I feel it is an honor to play this game and have always treated my opportunities with respect. So, anywhere that I have an opportunity to play at the next level I'd be elated. I would prefer to play in the southeast region. However, anywhere would be a blessing. A medium size school with great academics would be nice. The division level doesn't matter to me. Anywhere I get a chance to get an education and play the sport I love would be great.
For my families needs, we would like to have some level of financial aid if it is available. As for the degrees that interest me, either a business degree or a career in coaching ahtletics. My first year, one of my athletic goals would be to make a team impact.
Thank you for taking the time to read my personal statement and a little summary of how my highschool life has gone. Thanks again, Bobby Mouat
