Personal Statement

As a versatile student athlete, I am calmly intensive. Being the youngest of my immediate family is never an option as I am pushed to succeed by my elders. Losing my father prior to entering high school, I gained a drive to continually make him proud of all my accomplishments. Upholding the humble standards, he instilled in me is my main goal. Transferring to a new high school can be difficult but excelling in the classroom and any sport I commit to is my mission with unwavering support from my mother and older brother gives me the confidence to know that I will always succeed.    I understand the importance of listening to instruction and critics to better myself as an athlete as well as being an asset to my team. As a “Whole “player with track speed, quick wit and technical tracking abilities, I am confident in my skills and understand both sides of the balls.
