Personal Statement

My athletic goal is to continue playing athletics at the collegiate level. I have been playing volleyball and soccer most of my youth life, and those are two sports that I excel in and enjoy. 

My academic goals are to continue to succeed in my high school education and pursue higher level education at the college level. I  have an interest to pursue a health care related degree. 

As an athlete I have a drive to succeed. With that drive, I tend to take a leader role and encourage my teammates to work harder, which also challenges me as an athlete. I work hard both on the court and off the court. I accept and challenge that is given to me. 

I am a very focused, driven, dedicated athlete and student. I am a team player, often taking the lead but always encouraging and pushing others. As a multi sport athlete I have to balance school work and sports. In turn, I have developed great time-management skills. I also strive to maintain good grades.
