Personal Statement
I have been playing soccer since the age of 4. I have always loved the sport and enjoyed it in every way possible. I have played on teams such as Stamford Hurricanes, Everton America CT, and currently play on CFC Chelsea. My high school team is Trinity Catholic and I have been playing Varsity soccer since freshmen year. I have played Left Winger most of my soccer career but will play anywhere in the midfield. I am faster than most kids and can deliver when it comes time in key moments of the game. I am a hard working, diligent, athlete. I will give 110% everyday to any coach that gives me the chance. I use my speed and knowledge of the game of where to place the right passes at the right time to stand out on the field from the rest.
Soccer was the first thing I had actually learned to love and it has become my obsession. I am a hard worker both on and off the field. I am a hard working student who puts his studies ahead just as much as my athletics. What makes me different from every other player is that I can place the ball very well. I have a keen sense of where the ball should be at all times and I execute with no hesitation. I am a team player and will always want a victory rather than a goal because soccer is a team effort and not a one man show. I hope to further my soccer career by playing for a college team who will give me the opportunity to show myself both on and off the field. My goal is to play for a D1 or D2 team and get a proper education going along with it. Any coach/team who will give me the opportunity to prove myself, I promise I will not disappoint.
