7on7's
Jun 01, 2012 - Aug 05, 2012
I've been to many 7on7's during the summer.

Personal Statement

I do not want to end my football career in high school. I want those extra four years of playing ball on a competitive level. I want to play collegiate football. I know that the only thing that will prevent myself from achieving my goal is me. With all the talent I was given from God, I could go anywhere I set my mind to. I am also very determined to receive the best grades I can throughout school to set myself with a successful career once football is over. But in life, in most cases, there will be many obstacles that will lye in my way. It's the things I do to fix them which shows how much I really want it. I dedicate my spare time to weight room and running routes with my quarterback. I am dedicated to my goal and am determined to achieve it. Now to academics. I'm placed in many AP and honors classes. I am very reliant in getting my classwork finished on time. When it comes to tests, I study for however long it takes to fully understand all concepts to ensure a good grade. As a sophomore, I really don't know what career I want to go into. With that, I signed up for many CTE (Career Technical Education) electives instead of the 'fun' classses just to get a glimpse of what career suits me best. With football in the mix, education comes first. But, I haven't had any complications between the two and keep them equally balanced. I have just recently took the PLAN (Pre-ACT) test and got a composite score of 23. I am projected to earn a composite score between a 24 and 28 on the actual ACT test. I also play many other sports as well outside of football. I have been playing baseball ever since i was strong enough to hold a bat in my hands. I made the JV baseball team my freshman year. But, I plan on taking my sophomore year off of baseball to hit the gym a lot more to improve all aspects of the game for football. I do plan on playing baseball junior and senior year on varsity. I also play a little bit of basketball too. I've been on and off for basketball throughout my life. I made the freshman team and I also made the JV team throughout two years of high school. But the sport that hasn't been on and off is the all-wonderful game of football. I have played all stages of football in terms of a 16 year old man. Started off in flag football, progressed into the league Pop Warner, and now Varsity football. I have yet to lose my desire to play football and I don't plan on losing it at all.
