Personal Statement

Ever since I picked up a glove and stepped onto the field, softball has been more than just a game to me. It’s been a passion, a discipline, and a way of life. I love the grind, the strategy, and the relationships built on and off the field. As a student-athlete, I’m driven to compete at the collegiate level, not just to challenge myself athletically, but to grow as a leader, teammate, and individual.

I take pride in my work ethic, coach-ability, and consistency under pressure. Whether I’m up to bat in a tight game or encouraging teammates in the dugout, I always bring energy, focus, and commitment to the team. I believe in leading by example, holding myself to a high standard, and constantly striving to improve my game.

Academically, I’m dedicated and curious, and I’m looking for a college that will push me both in the classroom and on the field. I’m especially interested in Forensic Science and hope to pursue a degree that will prepare me for success beyond softball.

I’m excited for the opportunity to continue playing the sport I love, contribute to a competitive program, and represent my school with pride. I’m ready to work hard, grow with my team, and make an impact at the next level.
